Job Description

The candidate will help create standardized and reliable data for training machine learning models.

The job will entail helping collect data, clean data, check for reliability and provide in standardized format.

A major part of the job will be grading/evaluating responses of candidates to various questions based on standardized guidelines.

In this position, candidates shall have the opportunity to work with and be under mentorship of IITs, MIT (USA), NITs and alumni of such top colleges.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Should be a self-starter and a good team player with a high sense of ownership.

Ability to work well independently and maintain focus on a topic for prolonged periods of time.

Should be very meticulous in work

Strong technical skills w.r.t Databases, SQL etc.

Proficient in atleast 1 programming language (preferably python)

Responsibilities

Creating evaluation guidelines to grade video, audio, and written content

Evaluating large scale content based on evaluation guidelines

Creating questions and prompts for asking candidates

Plan and track data collection for evaluation

Scripting and maintaining data pipelines

Running marketing campaigns for sample collection and

Run analytics on evaluation grades to ensure reliability, validity, etc.
