Job Description
You will work with our Finance Operations team to help determine financial results by gathering operational data and reports. Your role includes analyzing and reconciling transactions, enhancing vendor compliance, reducing savings loss, improving discount capture with preferred suppliers, and confirming pricing and terms before payments. You will also manage the accounting of goods and services through requisitioning, purchasing, and receiving. Additionally, you will oversee the entire procurement and financial process.
The Accounts Payable Processing team is dedicated to designing, implementing, managing, and supporting accounts payable tasks by following the necessary processes, policies, and applications. This team ensures timely and accurate billing and invoice processing, manages both purchase and non-purchase orders, and performs two-way and three-way matching of invoices. This refers to the organized management of incoming invoices in a business. It includes verifying invoice accuracy, matching invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts, and starting the payment process. Automated systems and software are often used to make the invoice processing workflow more efficient and to minimize errors.
