Job Description

Our Recruitment Centre of Excellence helps businesses with all parts of finding and hiring talent. The team collaborates with recruitment groups to create and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract candidates, build talent pools, and meet hiring and growth goals. This role is crucial for achieving recruitment targets by using different sourcing methods to build talent communities, finding candidates for our offshore locations, scheduling interviews, managing online assessments when necessary, helping with reference and background checks, handling vendor invoicing, and tracking candidates in the application system according to company guidelines.

  • Eligibility & Qualification

  • Candidate must be Graduate
  • Ability to demonstrate recruitment expertise gained within a corporate in-house or agency environment
  • Experience of building, owning & maintaining talent pools, including our own internal talent pool
  • Extensive experience in sourcing candidates utilising a variety of methods like Advertising (on-line/off-line), Internet search (data mining), Database search, Social Media / Google Adwords, etc.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office Suite – Word and Excel
  • Strong command on written and verbal English language
  • Knowledge of using recruitment management system like Taleo, Kenexa, Succesfactors etc.
  • Experience in hiring volumes or niche skills Working alongside recruitment & Onboarding
  • Understand the recruitment priorities of the business to spot required skills & competencies for each role
  • Utilise market-mapping techniques to understand where talent exists, keep up-to-date on market trends and provide strategic advice on how best to access talent
  • Create and maintain contact with talent communities for both active and passive candidates within required skill-sets
  • Use a variety of direct candidate attraction techniques, including job boards, Boolean searches, CV databases, referrals, social networking sites, search engine optimisation activity etc. to drive candidates to the company website
  • Roles and Responsibilities:

  • In this position, you will handle routine issues mainly by following established guidelines and past examples.
  • You will mainly interact with your team and your direct supervisor.
  • You will receive clear instructions for daily tasks and detailed guidance for new assignments.
  • You will work as an individual contributor within a team, focusing on a specific area of work.
  • For candidate management, you will track both internal and external candidates in the candidate tracking system to keep the recruitment database current.
  • You will assist with vendor invoicing by creating purchase orders.
  • You will process all recruitment activities in the ATS/Recruiting workflow.
  • You need to read, understand, and analyze the client process according to business rules.
  • You will execute the entire process accurately and on time as a hands-on processor.
  • Report any discrepancies in Work Instructions or process documentation to the SME/Leads.
  • Have a clear understanding of the existing metrics in the process, how they are measured, and improve the measurement system for better effectiveness and transparency.
  • Update process metrics daily and maintain the Management Information System (MIS).
  • Pay close attention to detail and ensure that any outstanding issues are resolved.
  • Update client applications accurately and quickly in accordance with the appropriate User Guides.
  • Ensure and maintain the security and confidentiality of client data.
