The Business Reporting and Governance team focuses on creating and implementing strong tracking systems for SLAs, KPIs, and daily operations. The Governance team ensures that all contract aspects, such as Governance, Reporting, Incident Management, Change Management, and Survey Management, are compliant. They also promote automation and analytics. This involves assessing, managing, and protecting organizational information through clear decision-making rights and responsibilities.
These processes follow agreed models that outline who can act, what information they can use, when they can act, under what conditions, and by what methods. Candidates skilled in Excel and MIS reports are preferred. In Reporting and Analytics, you will prepare both regular and special management reports and analyses, focusing on monitoring business performance through reliable data and insights while managing employee behaviors effectively.
