Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in engineering, specifically in Mechanical, Industrial Production, or Industrial Management.
Possesses a collaborative approach to engage with various stakeholders to enhance the value proposition.
Demonstrates a proactive attitude towards knowledge sharing and acquisition, with the ability to independently learn from available resources.
Exhibits a contribution-oriented mindset, focusing on continuous improvement to provide added value to both the team and the organization.
Familiarity with the NX CAD tool and PLM systems such as ECTR or Teamcenter.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Additional knowledge of CAD software, such as AutoCAD, and proficiency in office tools like Power BI.
Capable of employing systematic problem-solving techniques, including cause-and-effect diagrams.
Demonstrates effective oral and written communication skills.
Ability to comprehend complex technical concepts.
Experience with NX CAD and a broad range of technical skills.
Familiarity with PLM tools like Teamcenter, ECTR, or similar systems.
A solid understanding of GD&T and its practical applications would be considered an advantage.
What will be your Duties
Assist all clients by delivering a comprehensive range of CAD services tailored to their specific needs.
Engage in calls and meetings with clients to provide regular updates on project statuses.
Comprehend client requirements and demonstrate the ability to independently create 3D models and 2D drawings, as well as facilitate the migration of CAD data to PDM systems.
Plan projects effectively, prioritize tasks, execute plans, resolve issues, and report on project objectives.
Convert legacy 2D data into 3D formats, develop engineering and product specifications, and manage engineering documentation.
Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Participate in both formal and informal project team meetings.
Understand and adhere to the PBM philosophy and guiding principles.
Take responsibility for the quality and timely delivery of outputs, ensuring compliance with established ECDs.
Encourage professional growth and strive to achieve a high level of technical proficiency.
