Eligibility & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

0-3 years of professional experience in software development, ideally in a technical support or engineering role.

Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or similar.

Basic understanding of software development methodologies and version control (e.g., Git).

Exposure to working with cloud platforms like AWS or RESTful APIs is a plus.

Familiarity with databases and SQL queries is advantageous.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.

Ability to work effectively within a team environment, with good interpersonal skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document technical information clearly.

Willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development of new features and functionality for the RPA product. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in line with team standards.

Work on debugging and fixing software defects. Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including senior engineers, QA engineers, and BA’s, to help implement product features and address technical challenges.

Participate in code reviews to learn best practices, improve coding skills, and maintain high-quality standards.

Assist in writing and executing unit tests, integration tests, and regression tests to ensure code quality and product stability.

Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation and user guides related to code changes and product features.

Continuously learn new programming languages, technologies, and development practices. Seek opportunities to improve technical knowledge through training, self-study, and mentorship.
