This team handles employee and HR inquiries about payroll information promptly and accurately, collaborating with Payroll Providers or third-party vendors to find solutions.
They also conduct checks and validations on payroll reports, analyze variances, and ensure consistency between current and past payrolls, resolving issues while adhering to established policies and procedures using the appropriate payroll system. Additionally, the team may design processes for payroll preparation, pay-slip calculations, post-payroll tasks (like accounting entries, payments, and social security), and submitting recurring statutory forms.
