Job Description
You will analyze and review user profiles, audio, videos, and text content. You will also investigate, escalate, and resolve issues reported by users or flagged by the system. This role may involve exposure to flashing lights or strong contrasts in light and dark. Your tasks include identifying spam content to ensure genuine search results, assisting victims in removing explicit videos or photos from global sites, and eliminating personal identifiable information from search results as reported by users.
You will work on improving ad experiences to address ad blocking, review websites and product listings for compliance with Client Shopping policies, and tag landing pages to display appropriate content to the right audience. You will also review videos to determine if they can be monetized. As an authorization specialist, you will handle trademark-related complaints according to the Trademark Policy, addressing counterfeit goods and services.
You will process complaints or escalate them if there are concerns. Once processed, the trademark will be blocked from search engines. The Content Moderation team reviews photos, videos, and text to ensure compliance with the client's terms of service, accurately identifying and flagging any violations in a timely manner.
