We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Executive/Membership Consultant to join our Fitness First team. In this role, you will focus on increasing membership sales, providing outstanding customer service, and representing the Fitness First brand.

Key Responsibilities:
Meet and Exceed Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads, upselling, and cross-selling membership packages.
Conduct Gym Tours and Presentations: Showcase our facilities, amenities, and services to prospective members, highlighting the unique selling points and benefits of Fitness First.
Foster Connections and Trust: Create solid relationships with clients by learning about their fitness goals, likes, and worries to offer tailored solutions and advice.
Manage Objections and Deals: Tackle client concerns, negotiate membership agreements, and find innovative ways to satisfy clients' needs while achieving sales goals.
Keep Precise Records and Reports: Regularly update CRM systems, ensure sales records are accurate, and deliver consistent sales reports to management.
Team Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth communication, address member issues, and promote business growth.
Requirements:
Sales Background: At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, ideally in a role that involves direct interaction with customers, especially in the fitness sector.
Strong Communication Abilities: Excellent spoken and written communication skills, capable of connecting, convincing, and establishing relationships with clients.
Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales goals, with a strong emphasis on results and increasing revenue.
Knowledge of Fitness Industry: Understanding of the fitness field, gym management, and current fitness trends and technologies.
CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or similar platforms.
Nice to Have:
Fitness Certifications: Important certifications like personal training or group fitness qualifications.
Luxury Brand Experience: Background in working with luxury brands or in upscale sales settings.
