    Oversees the store's profit and loss while boosting sales through effective operations, excellent customer service, motivating and keeping staff, and following company standards.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Set store sales plans and quotas aligned with business objectives.
  • Maintain Gross Margin, SOH, Segment & Brand mix, Discount management, and other metrics as per business strategy.
  • Set up standards for production, productivity, quality, and customer service.
  • Suggest product lines and maintain a suitable mix of merchandise.
  • Boost sales, manage margins, control shrinkage, handle inventory, and optimize costs.
  • Oversee commercial activities and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Support team performance and encourage collaboration among store employees.
  • Spot and nurture talent for key roles.
  • Respond to customer feedback to enhance service and processes.
  • Keep an eye on competitors and handle customer complaints.
  • Organize local events and promotions according to the marketing schedule.
  • Encourage a "Customer Obsessed Culture" to focus on customer needs.
